I love ours.  We are primarily tea drinkers.  I like the sleepy time pods.  I use a regular tea bag also, so much easier that boiling a whole pot of water, and faster than the micro-wave.  Also great for those little cup-a-soup things, and just a cup of hot water.  I drink one cup of coffee in the AM and just tea the rest of the day.  
Coffee is a tad bit more expensive, but worth it to us.  We find the best price for pods is Amazon.  Keurig service is excellent but you have to purchase a large amount to get free shipping, and shipping from Amazon is free.

I went back to cuisinart coffeemaker since the keurig coffeemakers are so temperamental I couldn't be bothered with the sputtering, clogging, lack of water coming out and so on and so forth. Don't have those issues with a regular coffeemaker.

I love my keureg. I'm a coffee snob admittedly 🤣 We use it all day long with the primula insulated mugs & have coffee pods on auto delivery from Amazon. They have really nice variety boxes and the ones we're not crazy about go to my mothers who loves them. She still has the first edition and refuses to upgrade. Enjoy that fabulous early gift!

We use 2 of the koreg pots . My husband likes hot chocolate so uses a single cup one for that , it's too much to clean it out for coffee so l have my own .l hate strange flavors in coffee so don't want any chocolate taste .

l also use the refillable cups , have no issues using them . l let them sit for a while after use to let the coffee grounds dry then dump them into the garbage and toss the cup into the dishwasher . l haven't ever had a lid break . l got a good supply of them really cheap from Tamu .
