Juniors Cheesekake - excellent!!!!

I received this as a gift from a friend coming for dinner today.

I never thought my husband would eat it, very picky and eats few desserts ( I bought apple pie for him). My goodness it was a hit!!

Fresh creamy and full of filling.  Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it including my husband who cut a piece and put in frig for tomorrow!

Kudos to Juniors! In fact, I would probably never order due to expensive ( I think) but may have to splurge for this again!

It was M49753 white chocolate w/raspberry swirl $51.26 right now 3 EZ pay. I would order this again for a special occasion and I'm a avid baker!

Enjoy!

Re: Juniors Cheesekake - excellent!!!!

We had the Christmas White Chocolate Strawberry Swirl and it was so delicious. Best Juniors I've ever had. I would for sure order it again, but won't anytime soon because I'd probably eat half of it. Yes it was that good!!!

I agree and so does my hubby!  I ordered the Christmas Swirl cheesecake as well and everyone enjoyed it at Christmas.  Will order again when the Q offers it as their TSV again.   Well worth it!

Re: Juniors Cheesekake - excellent!!!!

I just had to add we went to a friends for dinner (who came to our home Christmas Day) we got on the subject of dessert.

As I said my husband RARELY eats any sweets...he turns to me and said:

"You didn't send that piece of cheesecake home with them I put in the frig did you?" Boy, you'd think he lost a $100 bill ... I said "of course not, he said "great I'm going home to eat it and make sure you get the info so we can order again!"

I'm shocked, cookies up the wazo here, candy, etc. and this guy wants that darn cheesecake (thank god, I didn't eat it ... thought about it many times late last night!)

Have a great day!!!

Re: Juniors Cheesekake - excellent!!!!

I made the Peanut Butter Swirl Cheesecake from Junior's Cheesecake Cookbook and it was the hit of our Christmas dinner. My DIL just raved about it; she thought it was scrumptious. My MIL thought it was decadent. And my DH was in seventh heaven.

I am not a cheesecake fan, but I do make them, simply because DH loves it so much. This one is a keeper. Everybody thought it was just delicious.

Re: Juniors Cheesekake - excellent!!!!

Had Juniors back in October when my daughter and I went to New York City for my 60th birthday. It was really good and enjoyed it.

Decided to order a cheesecake from their website for Thanksgiving. Received it and it was nothing like the picture on their website. I contacted them and sent them a picture of what I received and of their website.

The man apologized and said he would send me another one at no charge. I told him that would be nice if I would actually get what I had ordered. He told me it would be and if not to let him know.

So I received the second one, just put it in the freezer until Christmas. When we cut it, it would just like the last one. Again not like what they showed.

I then looked here on QVC since they sell Juniors too and the cheesecake here is nothing like either of the ones I got. It is totally different.

And they are all called the same Chocolate Dream Cake.

So I let him know that it was like the first one I ordered and I did tell him that the one here on the Q was different also.

Hopefully they will look into this and get it straight so you get what you indeed order.
