Has anyone else had trouble getting his products? I had ordered his Raspberry Almond Bars and they were shipped on May 21 - I still have not receive them. Ok called customer service and it shows it was shipped UPS. QVC issued me a credit. I had ordered his 24 count muffins. They were shipped UPS on May 28 with delivery on May 30. Well checked UPS tracking again and nothing. So now it is a weekend and if I do get them, it won't be until Monday. But I doubt that they will arrive. The last time I received the muffins, one of the variety had some green coloring on top and then I was reading the instructions and for that variety it states to refrigerate upon arrival because they could get moldy. With this warm weather, I hope, if I do get them, that the same thing will not happen. Has anyone else run into this problem?

I have had trouble with UPS. I track my packages mainly because I take care of my 85 yo Dad and he is always more interested on what route a package takes to get here than what's in it but I have had several that have just sat somewhere for 2-3 days instead of getting here early. I had one package that actually went from NY to California back to Georgia to be delivered. FedEx isn't  any better the last package they delivered took 2 weeks to get from CA to GA and don't get me started on this business of paying for UPS to deliver something only to have it dropped off at the Post Office at the last minute adding another day or two.

The only wait I have had with Jimmy The Baker is when they sold too many and it took and extra week before my order shipped but I received an email about from both QVC and Jimmy The Baker and it was worth the wait.
