Today ladies,  it was Butterscotch  Bars.  They're a wonderful change from chocolate. 

 

Butterscotch Bars

 

4 Eggs

1 16 oz. box light brown sugar 

2 C Bisquick 

2 C chopped pecans

1 12 oz pig Butterscotch morsels

1 tsp. Vanilla 

 

Heat oven to 325

 

Prepare bake casserole with aluminum foil as described in Seven Layer cookies. 

Spray well, esp corners.

 

Beat eggs until frothy  in large bowl.

Gradually beat in light brown sugar. 

Stir in vanilla.

Add nuts

        Butterscotch morsels 

        Chopped pecans 

        Bisquick 

 

Using a large spoon or scraper, fold over until mixed.

 

Pour into prepared bake casserole. 

 

Bake 45 minutes. 

 

Cool completely. 

Lift to cutting board and cut.

Top will apper to shatter.
