I feel bad for him. I used to love watching Emeril live, with Doc Gibbs on the Food Network. He got triple whammed when the Food Network left him go, and Katrina destroyed 3 of his restaurants, then the recession hit. He had to sign his soul over to Martha to keep a float. I just don't think he ever recovered financially. I was surprised to find out he's only 55, I thought he was much older! You're right, he does not look good.
