Re: Individual Dinners on QVC

Good to know.

A lot of the vendors have their items individually wrapped  which is helpful.  Also, I have a neighbor who lives alone and we split the cost of some items.  She loves those sticky buns with nuts.

My daughter and family live down the street so we share a lot of the food items we purchase.

My husband and I would never get through some of it by ourselves.  We sure have enjoyed most of the food products purchased.

Although,  color and design are my love, in my area I taught Foods, Adv Foods,  and Food Science.  I cook a lot.

Everything from FM in my opinion is outstanding.   From the white wine chicken to the Italian meatloaf and homemade soups or the fresh seafood salad at the bar, I have never been disappointed.

I believe the "Meal Deals" kits are on Tuesdays or their deli is awesome.

@ECBG   Thanks. Where in the store are the Meal Deals? My husband goes and needs guidance!lol.

In my store there is a cold case to the right of the fresh fruit as you enter.  You might want to sign up for the specials on their web page. You chose a protein, vegetables, sometimes rice or another item or a sauce.

You could take a picture on your phone to send with him.

Someone is always in the deli if he needs to ask.

@SharkE    She's in North Carolina.  We don't have good stores like that where we live.  I have my choice of Walmart, Albertson's or a local branch of Kroger.  Period.  I can't stand in the kitchen and no longer have any interest in cooking.  Prepared meals sound really good.

I hope those of you who were able to order them, enjoy them. I just tried and they were sold out. Hopefully, they will do ore like this. Thanks, OP, for mentioning it.

@Kachina624    Please come back and post a review after you get it.  If you approve then it must be good and I will order it when it becomes available again.

@CoffeeNut    Don't hold your breath.  My order went to backorder and I got an email stating I may never get it.  If I ever do, I'll let you know.

Re: Individual Dinners on QVC

Those Corky's sounded really good, though, it reminded me of NightHawk frozen dinners loooonnngg time ago.  I won't buy frozen dinners anywhere. I like them, but I keep the sodium content to under 10% in everything, so no buying.

I was hoping @Kachina624 would get them to review.

To add, I checked on the Corky's bottled dry seasoning, one is okay, but the other has msg in it.

Re: Individual Dinners on QVC

@Nomore   You're right, any kind of frozen dinners or entrees contain way more sodium that people need to be eating.  Consumers could always add more but there's no way to take it away so I wonder why they do that?  Most are too salty for my taste.
