@Ainhisg...  Her beef stew recipe is also on my near future menu along with her cornbread, French Onion Soup, Vegetable Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup.  Please let me know how your beef stew turns out!  I have a chuck roast in the freezer, I wish I would have cubed it for stew before freezing, I would have that for dinner tonight!
