I'm keeping this recipe. I am fortunate to have a lemon tree in my back yard. It was planted when the house was built by the owners in 1948!.

It just blooms and produces fruit. So I have lemons  all year round,.

 I make lots of lemon recipes and your recipe looks good and easy.

Yum, yum. I bought two of the Blueberry Lemon Loaf cakes last week! Delicious. I had a slice every morning with my coffee. Also, Starbucks makes a wonderful Lemon Loaf which we bought for over 20 years. That's also delicious. Costco has some wonderful desserts.

@CelticCrafter  Yes, my daughter told me about it.  The TJ's on Route 9 in Freehold, the one I've gone to, though not too often,  is a real pain to get to because of the constant traffic.  Most often the traffic is bumper to bumper on Rte 9, and a brand new, huge Shoprite just opened on Rte 9 in Old Bridge making the traffic that much worse. 

I'll give this new TJ's a try.  It's probably about the same distance in miles but with less traffic.
