The last 3 cakes I ordered were disappointing. They all lacked rum flavoring, and two were on the dry side.

No, I haven't called QVC regarding this. I did send a message to Island Treasures on their Facebook page, but I never received a reply.
However, when I sent positive messages to them in the past, they ALWAYS replied! 
Thanks for the heads up! 
I had wondered about the Tortuga brand.
