and those who really give me what I want from Santa! I love temptations for table serving. My cousin called yesterday, she said your holiday table will be complete-- I ordered you a set of green temptations.
I was talking to her earlier in the week about trying to find serving dishes to co-ordinate with my everyday Christmas dishes. I liked this a set in OW green vs red as I saw the red has variations.
Anyway, I'm excited as I can mix and match - plus love to get anything for kitchen, home when getting a gift! Hopefully it gets here before Christmas Day.

I love kitchen gadgets & small appliances too. I have so many I have to stop buying them. I don't have room for anymore. Glad you get what you want from Santa. Most stuff I get goes in the trash or attic. LOL!!!

I have country French theme and lots of roosters. So, my friends will give me roosters for every bday/Christmas. Finally told them no more!
And we all do a small gift at our dinner for the girls in my card club. I think I have enough candles to light for the next 10 years and I'm allergic to them. I finally told them please no more candles (I give them away!).
Its great now because if I see something I tell my cousins (not friends we have $15 limit) and they graciously follow my gift wishes. We do a $50 limit there's only 3 of us! And we always shop where it can be mailed by the vendor since we are 1,500 miles away from each other. They come in Feb we do girls weekend at the beach.

French themed & roosters sounds calming. I used to collect owls. I have over 100 of them. I finally boxed most of them up. I got tired of dusting them. LOL!!! A weekend at the beach sounds nice.

Just thinking about it, seeing this thread, I cannot think of any gift for my kitchen that I've received except a spoon rest that hangs on the wall. I got that some 3-4 decades ago.
Oh, except this little KitchenAid mini chopper. I expressed to my husband one year that I wanted one. He's not the savvy shopper I am, so he spent way too much money special ordering one in black, from one of those kitchen/bathroom type stores.
The bummer was (and I never told him this), it was a total POS. Used it twice, cleaned it up, and back in the box it went. It's been in my back hall closet for quite a few years now. Went back to the Ultimate Chopper and I also have a Cuisinart brand one - BOTH of which are a thousand times better than that KA one.

Anyone know the site where they have group discussions about kitchen small electrics, what's new, what is awful, etc. I came across that long time ago and I forgot the name of it.
I believe it was a kitchen group that is just kitchen, food, and related matters.
Thanks !

I adore kitchen presents, even for Christmas. One year my husband gave me a set of gorgeous Shun knives, another time he gave me the 6-quart professional KA mixer from William Sonoma. He knows how much I enjoy getting kitchen gifts. I love to cook; he loves to eat....it's the best of both worlds!

I love kitchen gadgets, but in our household, my DH is the one to watch out for...his current favorite is the Todd English Air Fryer and I'm expecting a Breville oven to show up someday...LOL
