It's cooked beans and I wouldn't keep it more than 7 or 8 days.   There's no reason to eat old food, so I will always err on the side of safety.  Cooked beans never stay in my fridge more than 4 days--I'll throw them out or freeze them.

I make my own. Usually gone within 5-7 days. I love hummus!

I am the only one in the house that likes hummus  Smiley Happy I cant eat all that much at a time so much is left after 7 days!
