How do you determine what model Vitamix you have?

I bought mine several years ago from the Q and can't remember what type I have...I want to get the dry pitcher.

Hi Terrier! It doesn't have the model name or number on the front of the unit? My 5200 (purchased directly from Vitamix) says it right on the front of the base, on the right side.

Is there a plate on the bottom with model information? Otherwise, it seems odd. The only other choice is to look back through your QVC orders to get the information.

It's right there Creations GC.....I had no idea that was the name of the model...duh!

Awesome! Smiley Happy Yeah, that is the model of the unit. If you need to contact them, that will give them the info they need. Plus, assuming you registered it with them (for the purpose of warranty), they will have everything they need to help you.
