How long do Cheryl's cookies stay fresh? I'm thinking about ordering some of the buttercream cut-outs from Cheryl's website that are on sale right now. Obviously they're left over from Christmas so I'm unsure about ordering them. The website says to eat within 5-7 days or freeze. These are a really good sale price but I'm just not sure how fresh they would be.

I always freeze mine and only take them out when I want one.

Thanks karlam. That's what I plan to do, but I wondered if Christmas cookies would still be fresh when they shipped them now. I doubt that they've had them frozen. Anyway, I decided they probably wouldn't be so I ordered a different assortment. I've never tried Cheryl's cookies, so I wanted a true test of whether or not I would like them.
I just re-read my original post and realize I wasn't clear. The cookies that they have on sale right now are Christmas cookies. That's why I wasn't sure they'd be fresh.
