Tried and tried to reach lock lock.   They never respond. What a rip off when you need service. Will not be purchasing from them in the future. Will also be telling my daughter to watch out for buying their products. Best thing could happen is they go out of business so as not to trick others into buying their stuff.   Shame on QVC for selling their stuff.
