That is exactly what I’ve got charging in my kitchen is a vac that I bought watching David.

Love my Dyson V8 Absolute but bought it from Wal-Mart when Amazon had Prime Day. Was the same price at both places but easier for me to return at Wal-mart if there was any problems.

I love it. Wish I had bought one sooner. The only thing I don't like is you have to keep the button pressed in on the handle during use. That was hard to do when I first got it & made my hand/fingers sore. I have since got use to it.

I would not have known they had so many different ones if I had not seen them on Q.

David has specifically mentioned that he likes presenting vacuums and cleaning products in his shows because he feels that they are "essentials" in the kitchen just like pots and pans and gadgets. I don't mind the presentations but am happier when they're relatively short like the one today.

OP here. I use a vac in my kitchen, too, but not when I'm cooking.

I see a lot of you do like seeing vacs ITKWD. That's cool. But I remember the old days with Bowersox when the the show used to be about cooking. It's really not about cooking anymore, it has evolved into something else. Packaged foods / decor / cleaning show. My expectations have failed to morph in the same manner, so I guess that's why I'm disappointed.

Oh, well. I have lots of other things to do, don't need to watch David's show if the products don't interest me.

@nomless

So, why do you keep watching ITKWD?

@EatWell , I watch until a vac is presented or until I see the product selection is not of interest. I used to watch nearly all of the kitchen show, but now, not so much.  As I said above, I don't watch if the show does not interest me.

He is selling Vionic men's shoes during ITKWD now.  It is a shopping channel - Christmas in July is coming - just warning you ...

Best to accept it and find something else to do during any off-putting presentations.  Resisting is futile.
