Help locating serial number

I just bought the Ninja Foodi dual heat flip oven.  I love it but for the life of me I can't find the serial number which they say is located at the base of the unit.  I've looked at the back,  the bottom, and inside and out.  Any help? Thanks!

It's the QR code on the base. Scan it with your phone.

Thanks for responding.  That's the problem I don't see a QR code.  By base do they mean the stand it flips up onto or the bottom of the unit? I really feel dumb not seeing it.

I just got off the phone with my friend who owns one of those flip ovens and she said the serial number is on a sticker on the box it came in.
