Yeah, for me, it is definitely older established, really large, trees. I have one evergreen in my front yard that is magnificent! It's taller than my two-story house and just beautiful. But the roots are far-reaching. Plus there are a couple of others and a large hedge.
Furthermore, my house is 40+ years old and it is my opinion that the pipes, or whatever you call them under the ground, are probably made of materials that are obsolete and they should be replaced with something more modern and durable. If it were me alone making the decision that's what I'd do and then the tree roots wouldn't be causing these problems.
The last plumber guy said that that is what the trees reach for because it's easier than going deeper. I love trees so I wouldn't consider killing them. It's a conundrum for sure! ![]()

This is just our honest humble opinion, since opinions were asked....
I wish I could say I love David when he does his happy dance with song and facial gestures........ but I do not, and have plenty company in that area.
My husband also finds it to be a turn off, as do other neighbors, and friends.
The world would be a better place if larger men sporting David's tall height and evident over weight status figured out for themselves, that doing cutsy baby gestures accompanied by childish songs with dance on national tv, could easily become a real turn off to many of their viewers.
We really like David in general, but minus his happy dance, and accompanying happy dance song with immature facial expressions.
When he starts doing that.... the tv immediately goes off, because we all find it to be a real turn off.

@golfcartrider wrote:David is David and you either love the Happy Dance or you hate it. I think it goes along with his show and as long as it is only once or twice I am OK with it. The happy face when he has something good is what we all do if you stop and think about it.
Just once though I would like to see him taste something and do the Vitametavegamin Lucy face and say ""And it tastes good too"".
@happygolfcartrider, I just had to laugh at your last sentence! That was such a funny show! Lucy did that so well!
