@blueroses47 - I recently tried the cooking sprays from Aldi.  I bought the regular one and the butter flavored spray.  The brand is called Carlina and I really liked both of them.  I recently roasted some broccoli using the butter flavored spray on the pan and on the broccoli and it came out great and saved a lot of calories.

If you have an Aldi in your area, look for it.  The price is reasonable.

Yes, I do have an Aldi, not as close as Walmart, but I do like the store.  I'll check it out, thanks so much for the suggestion.
