I'm with your husband , raisins are evil, LOL. Seriously they sound yummy.

Awaiting Sharks recipe, but, need a little assist from you cookiemakers!

Every time I "bake" cookies (the latest being refrigerated cookie dough from the grocery store) they either come out raw in the middle or overdone and hard as hockey pucks.  Can anyone advise before I ruin Sharks recipe?

sounds like your oven needs to be recalibrated.

Oh Poo, just type it. LOL

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

1/1/4 cup all purpose flour

1/2 teas baking soda

1 teas Morton Fine Sea Salt

3 cups instant oats

1 cup semi sweet choc chips

Preheat oven to 325'. Cream butter, brown sugar, sugar , add 1 egg  at a time until combined, add vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, and 1/2 teas fine

sea salt . Fold in oats and choc chips.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto parchment paper cookie sheets. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 teas of sea salt. Bake 12-15 min.

I took mine out at 13 minutes. Cookies will still cook on baking sheet.

Next time I'm skipping the salted tops use coarse sugar instead.

I buy those USA cookie sheets at Bed and Bath never have to use parchment or grease a pan. Love those pans ! Time saver and big sheets
