Q sells a product called Bio Cleaner, and it the best cleaner I've ever used for getting marks of all kinds off various dishes. I had Pfaltzgraff plates and bowls with the marks, and this cleaned up 90% or more of them. I have used it on baked on stuff in the corners and handles of Pyrex, Corelle and Corning, shines stainless steel beautifully, and will help keep copper bottom pans clean (not as quickly or easily as a copper cleaner though).

I even used this to get metal and rust marks off the painted outsides of vintage Pyrex bowls and casseroles. I can't imagine being without this stuff. I does require some elbow grease, it is not a wipe on magic cleaner. I haven't had any problems with it scratching anything I've used it on either.
