re pH -- I use a product called RepHresh and take a probiotic daily to help with pH issues. Most of it is related to water aerobics and being in pool water 6x a week.

Update: Curbs my appetite too. @ 4:00 PM, I had to force myself to eat something. Was just "fasting" all day on the cocktail. ![]()

Well, I tried lemon juice in my water.I have a problem with fructose like people have with lactose, so I can't just drink lemon and water. I have to add sucrose to counter the fructose so I can digest it, so no simple fruit water for me. I like plain water anyway, so no problem there.
I may make some lemon aide and try that since I will use sugar(sucrose) instead of artificial sweetener. Oh well.....I would love to be able to have fruit again since that was my sweet tooth treat.

Rina33,
Please explain how a "tummy tuck" would fix your bloating problem.

Lemons are acid - lowers ph. How can that make your body more alkaline - higher ph?

Sounds refreshing, I just read where cucumber, fresh ginger, spearmint, and lime is good in water. I also know that a teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar in water is good also. Have fun with all the combo's of infused water.

I drink lemon/lime water all the time. Sometimes I put mint and or ginger ice cubes in with it. Always refreshing for me.
Glad it seems to be working for you.

I don't know -- I read it on youngandraw website. I'm no expert. I just googled "how to make body alkaline", or something like that.
