Just sent off a message or should I say RANT about my order received today 4 /19 regarding the 24 Combo Veggie Burgers
Know when you send a message like this you never see it get posted, hoping I hear from someone,my husband says I'M wasting my time ,but he does agree with me.they do have a lot of frost or ice on them
See item still says waitlist as of today.

Is your complaint that your orders haven't shipped? Surely you realize that many producers are experiencing challenges with the availability of supplies and labor. Do you truly think they don't want to sell their products?
If you have a serious complaint about a food product, I'd pick up the phone and call them. They'll never see your post here. Your husband is right.

@Mimi NY I'm not sure what you're saying. Did you receive your order today and it has a lot of freezer burn? If that's the case, just call customer service and they'll refund your money.
You may be saying your order is waitlisted. I just can't tell what you mean.

Thanks for agreeing with husband,he lol ,but he agrees why I sent a rant, will fill you in, sent a 1* review for product that was received today ,never see many of those get posted.
Was on waitlist so thought I would be getting freshly made Perfect Gourmet Veggie Burgers,in a few weeks,just last week placed order said WAITLIST ok with me.,checked after receiving them today and still showing if you want that it's waistlist for the 24 combo.
Think they found this box of 24 Perfect Gourmet veggie burgers in the back of Rastelli company freezer as the burgers had so much frost- ice on a number of them,not appealing .Plus the dry ice was not even in a protective bag which is very dangerous. Never had that happened with my Egg Harbor Salmon from Rastelli or Perfect Gourmet potstickers.
Before asking for a refund going to cook one up after scraping off the frost-ice and hope that it will be tasty.

I did hear from a women at QVC corporate office about the review I left was very surprised as heard on the forum from somebody that nobody will read the forum so you should call them instead .
Really appreciate that they took it serious .She apologized and was willing to refund my order,honestly I am not one that is wanting a refund without even trying one,only fair. I told her I will try 1 or 2 and hopefully the taste will not have been affected by the frost on some. She told me if not completely satisfied after trying them to call her back for a refund.
