@homedecor1 .. I have been using Foodsavers for years. I have had several different models. I have loved all of them. I have not experienced any of the issues you have mentioned. I always use the rolls. Have never used the bags. Unfortunately, I have no idea what you are doing wrong.
Me neither but everyone here is very helpful. I was definitely not using it correctly...I will be going sometime in the next few weeks to restock my freezer.
