So I tried eating a couple packages and the raisins tasted horrible and mushy...nuts seemed very soft...so I called HSN and asked for a replacement sent by US mail...so what do they do, they cancelled my Order! I give up dealing with their overseas CS department......

I ordered food from a vendor in New York. UPS delivered it in So California with 95 degree heat and never even rang the door bell and the package sat on my porch until I discovered it many hours later! Had to throw everything in the cooler out as the dry ice had melted and the food was soggy and melted. The vendor gave me a refund but I would much have rather had the items I ordered frozen and edible! UPS are useless!
