Any of Wendy's salad. Seems I cannot duplicate them at home.

Mine is Dunkin' Donuts flat bread egg white sandwich, every once in awhile I get this along with my coffee. DD is about the extent of my fast food. Though a good pizza is not far behind having grown up in NYC.

In N Out Burger - cheeseburger with extra special sauce. Can't beat their yummy fries either!

Chipotle, I go for the vegan option. My only complaint is that it is so darn oily. Calories directly going to stored body FAT.

Hello twin!

You picked my faves too.

I would add Taco Bell crunchy tacos to the list too.

I love Whataburger-just the single with no cheese. Best burgers-ever.

I also love Chick-Fil-A.

We rarely eat fast foods-I like to cook, and when I make burgers at home, I use ground round-very lean meat.

My favorite would be Chipotle, either their grilled chicken burrito or the soft tacos, but sadly the closest one to me is 100 miles away now. I sometimes like Subway's club sandwich with all the veggies on it. For a totally bad splurge, McD's filet of fish sandwich, but I maybe only have one or two a year, their fries are so yummy too.

El Pollo Loco flame-grilled, bone-in chicken breast with coleslaw. I could eat that every day and never tire of it.

El Pollo Loco..

I forgot all about El Pollo Loco when I said In N Out Burger. I loved that place when I lived in So Cal. Lucky I don't eat fast food because neither In N Out Burger or El Pollo Loco are in the Seattle area!!

About the 'fastest' I get is local soft serve ice cream - when they are open in the summer. We don't do fast food, per se, but DH does sneak a BK original chicken sandwich when he thinks I'm not looking.
