@CLEM Wal-Mart has a BakerEze 8 piece toaster oven set. The set is awesome and I love it. I think it was around $21.00. I don't think any are small enough for our air fryers but the are non- stick and work great in the Ninja 4-in-1 and toaster ovens.
I found some silicone grippers similar to the Instant Pot ones you have but they were kind of think and bulky. Are yours a softer silicone that you can get in and grip the pan easy? I will check them out at Wal-Mart and Bed Bath and Beyond next week. ![]()
Note: I found the Instant Pot grippers are the same as what Wal-Mart has in the store I think. I see Wal-Mart has them online also.

@MKR14 Thanks for the info on the BakerEze set. Will check to see if they have it online. I have never been inside a Walmart. I live in the center of Philadelphia and you won't believe it, we don't even have a real supermarket nearby even though there are lots of highrise apartment buildings. The silicone grips I have are soft but not flimsy. You can easily grip any tiny thing. Mine are called "Instant Pot Silicone Mini Mitts (set of 2) $12.65). There are cheaper ones, but they are too flimsy. Of course, we don't have a BBB either. Since I don't have a car, I would have to take buses or a train. On the bright side, we have a Williams Sonoma and a Kitchen Kapers.

I have the BakerEze set which I bought from Amazon a few years ago and use it all the time especially the tray and rack (I do line the tray with foil as I ruined it with I believe spray on oil that I just cannot get off).
If you are a fan of Amazon (which has a good price on the BakerEze) they also carry a brand called I think Big Daddio which has varying sizes of cake and pie pans. If you do a search on Amazon you will see you can buy very small sizes perfect for an air fryer or toaster oven.

Thanks @momtochloe I will see if any sizes for the air fryer is on Amazon.
i was at a local Real Deals dollar store today near us. I found silicone small mitt grippers similar to the Instant Pot ones Clem posted. I got two different kinds and four different colors. Two were thinner with grips underneath and two were thicker with grips on the underside. I got a bright green, a turquoise blue, blue, and lime green. I was excited as I planned on ordering them at Amazon when I got home. They were all a dollar each and if they don't work out for the air fryer I will pass them on. ![]()

Ladies, I did get my air fryer today, unpacked it and cleaned it. So now I can start cooking. I guess I will roast some cowliflower and make a few plain chicken wings tomorrow. I think I just put the wings in frozen and see what happens.
I am glad I have Meredith's book because there are only a few recipes included with the fryer. I wish there were a chart somewhere about how long different foods cook like different vegetables.

Not sure if I'm allowed to post links but if you search on ... Paula Deen Air Fryer .... one of the links comes up for the "other E" shopping network with PDF. That PDF for Paula's has tips for temperatures and times. I just found it a little while ago (was looking for info since Ming Tsai had his on today).
On a side note it looks like Emeril will be back with his air fryer on Sunday's ITKWD show.
(if you can't find the link and it's ok to post let me know and i'll find it again).

@Geekgirl Thanks for the tip about the chart on Evine. I did download it. Don't know why that kind of thing doesn't come with a chart like this instead of time consuming recipes.
Anyway, I will try my new fryer today and hope it works.

@momtochloe, @MKR14 I did find a website that seems to have just about every size baking dish and other good stuff in different sizes. It is called Webstaurantstore dot com. Can get one item and not have to buy a whole set that's not needed.
Will report later how the air fryer works.

Thanks @CLEM Looks like my husband wants chicken wings and French fries for his lunch. I will make roasted cauliflower for my lunch with a chicken patty for myself. The air fryer will be busy today. We will look forward to hearing from you later.

@MKR14 You really are making good use of your fryer. I know you made cornish game hens the other day. How did they come out?
