This sounds like a Cook Essentials pressure cooker.  I have one similar. I'm still learning about pressure cooking  but really like the convenience and the taste of the meat. I would check the QVC inventory and/or wait untilk there is a TSV this season. 

If you are in a hurry then I would check BBB and Kohl's.  They seem to variety on these appliances.
