I don't like the fluorocarbons in the air or the cans from oil I have used going to the landfill!

Watching a cooking demo on youtube, the chef had a spray bottle for the olive oil being used!  

These bottles should be here from amazon very soon and are the same from the video.  Olive oil specials rotate so they will be easy to fill as will one for canola oil.

I used to have a sprayer from Pampered Chef.  Worked great until it didn't.  I know now why they gave you two sprayers per bottle.  And the EVO sprayer QVC sells was larger than I wanted and many said they squirted more than sprayed.  So, I'm not yet sold on them.

@ECBG  I've been buying EVO sprayers from QVC for 3 or 4 years now. I have had two sizes but like the 8 oz. best. I've given them for gifts, and everyone likes them. They can get clogged up, but you just have to soak the sprayers in hot water and run hot soapy water through them. They are just great. Never liked the spray cans.

Me, too! I bought my first EVOs a few years ago and never looked back. I've seen some negative reviews for them, but I think many people don't give them enough of a chance; it does take a bit of practice to get the spraying just right. (And I also get the impression that people don't notice the EVO offers two different spray options, so they get frustrated if they have a narrow stream instead of a wider spray when the problem is often just user error.) Overall, I love that I can easily control the amount of oil being used and the way it is applied, and I don't have to deal with all the chemicals from the aerosol cans or the residue those nasty sprays leave behind.

Side note: I used the pump-style sprayers before the EVOs and loved them for about a week before they all ended up clogged, broken, and a total mess. Thank goodness for the new trigger sprayers!

Hope this will be a good one!  The chef was preparing a dish and not promoting the sprayer at all which, I hope is a sign.  

I wave my hands in the air but have a hard time breathing, plus the other benefits I wrote about.  I don't mind at all washing and soaking them when they run out.
