We have a dairy near our house. So we buy their butter from the dairy.

And we go through alot, especially now when we are eating corn on the cob.

Re: Do You Use Butter?

YES. I don't use margarine, butter substitutes, or the butter products that come in a spray.

I have to have butter.  I hate the taste of margarine (especially frying eggs)  The eggs taste awful.  So much better having butter.

In baking sometimes I use oil instead of butter.

@loriqvc Same here, lots of butter keepers but I have settled on a small glass jar. Works for us. And yes, very hot right now in La., but it's just a little softer, as you said.

We use KerryGold butter. I keep a stick in my butter boat on the counter. I keep it stocked up so I have most of it in the freezer.
