I have a favorite that I had for years: Around The World Cookbook. I "lost" my original when I moved back to NY in 1989, but I found another used copy. It was printed in 1954, and I got my first copy from my mother around 1960.
I had a great Julia Child book that I also "lost" .... never did replace it. (Her potato salad recipe was the best!)
For years, I subscribed to Vegetarian Times magazine ... still ave all the issues. And, recently downloaded some Kindle version specialty books.
There are so many places online to look for recipes. I have several binders full of recipes I printed out.

During our last three moves, I have cut down my collection. I have five remaining. We will downsize one last time but I will probably keep these. I have gone through my collection of recipes I either hand wrote or printed out, too.
It is so easy to look at recipe sites online, rather than flip through cookbooks.

I have/had tons as I love cookbooks but I got rid of a lot of them 20 years ago when I did a major purge of things in general. I kept my Mother's cookbooks and a lot of what are now vintage like original Julia Child and I kept a lot of the Taste of Home compilations because the recipes are easy. As different cuisines have become popular over the years I've kept some of those too. The internet is great if you know what you already have in mind but I like to look through them to get ideas or to just browse.

I have kept most of my cookbooks, and have written notes if I changed the recipe and the date I first used it.
It is a little piece of history for me.
I especially enjoy reading a 1923 recipe book and had to look up some of the ingredients on the internet so I could make the recipes as close to the original ingredients used as possible.

Yes, have many cookbooks. I have no plan to get rid of them.

Have about 15 which I occasionally use.
