Re: Do You Still Have Cookbooks?

I once had more than 300 but had to downsize when I moved. I kept my favorites and the ones I used most often. My favorites are ethnic recipe cookbooks and pressure cooking cookbooks. I have more than 100 of those.

Re: Do You Still Have Cookbooks?

I didn't get rid of them all.  I have some Amish and other cookbooks, I rarely look at but, they are my security blankie. LOL  Warm my heart.  Can't explain it.

Re: Do You Still Have Cookbooks?

I owned more than 300 cookbooks at one time, but gave most of them away several years ago. However when I got into pressure cooking with an Instant Pot I acquired a number of pressure cooking cookbooks. I have more than 100 which I really enjoy looking at and using.

Re: Do You Still Have Cookbooks?

@Biftu   I have a huge collection of 1950's, 60's and 70's cook books - its so much fun to look at the pictures and create meals and desserts from those times.  I've made boston cream pies, lemon meringue pie, pinwheel cookies, spritz cookies, beef stroganof, pot roast, stuffed bell peppers, and the list goes on.  Smiley Very HappyHeart  Maybe you can donate some of your cookbooks to a local culinary school or a local library or sell them on ebay? Smiley Happy
