I do like a ham sandwich on rye with swiss cheese, lettuce, and mustard.  I don't, however, love ham for a holiday.  I've enjoyed it a lot more since the spiral sliced brown sugar hams became available.  I'll eat it and enjoy it, but it's never my first choice.

I much prefer home baked turkey and stuffing/dressing with poultry seasoning and a lot of celery and onions!  Love turkey sandwiches too.

To me, deli turkey for sandwiches has no flavor.

I like both. We cook turkey breast throughout the year so it's not like we only eat trukey at Thanksgiving or Christmas.

I always make sure I have some fresh homemade bread when we have turkey so I can eat a turkey sandwich. I'm happy if that's all I eat for Thanksgiving dinner.

Definitely Turkey, but it’s got to be real turkey, not that pressed mystery stuff. Real turkey from a real bird. Ham I will eat but only maybe a slice or two. Just not all that crazy about ham in general.

I feel the same ECGB... exactly.  I love my ham sandwich on rye but do not like warm ham. Love turkey and turkey sandwiches.

Oh my,. I like both.    Grilled ham and Swiss on rye with slice of tomato.  Ham, etc omelette.  Pancakes/waffles with ham and eggs.  Ham, cabbage, carrots, onions boiled dinner.   Turkey club on fresh bread.  Turkey noodle casserole.  Turkey lettuce tomato on fresh bread.  Homemade soups- turkey noodle, ham and bean.  Now I'm hungry and there is no ham or turkey in the house.

My Wegmans has turkey breast halves often.  Quick and easy to fix anytime and I don't have a whole bird to deal with.  They also have small hams always.  As a widow it is hard to cook for 1 person.   I don't like a lot of leftovers in the freezer.  IMO most things don't taste the same after freezing unless it is a soup or a casserole.

Ham.  I don't like turkey at all.  I lose weight on Thanksgiving.  No turkey,gravy, sweet potatoes, or pumpkin pie.  YUK!  Give me a nice ham and scalloped potatoes everytime.
