I do!
Well, actually, I'm probably one of few who has never tried kale. As for oranges, I am not really that into them but I do love winter citrus and always partake moderately because I have to watch the acid.
I eat almonds every day.
Blueberries are my least favorite berry but I'd eat them.
I love salmon, as long as it's good quality salmon, such as Alaskan King salmon. Avocados - love for sure, but I stick with California Haas.

I love all of those foods - and I eat them a lot.
I also consume bone broth. I noticed I started having achiness in my joints last year. That's when I started to consume bone broth and also Dr. Axe's Collegen. Talk about a huge difference. I'm also now getting better sleep. I think it's from taking the collegen. It's supposed to help with insomnia. I used to sleep 4-5 hours a night. Now I sleep 7-7.5 hours. Woo hoo ![]()

I like pretty much all of them. Am mad for salads, blueberries, avocado and almonds. Not fond of kale in salad, but I like it when it's made crispy in the oven like a version of potato chips...

Eating anti-inflammatory foods is a great idea, since inflammation is linked to so many conditions and illnesses. But to get the most out of them, it's a good idea to cut out the foods that are causing inflammation in the first place.
According to the Arthritis Foundation, these include:
- sugar, including fructose and sucrose
- saturated fats, and the list cited pizza and cheese as the biggest sources in the American diet
- trans fats
- omega 6 fatty acids, in excess
- refined carbs
- MSG
- gluten and casein

Most of them NO.
I'm okay with almonds, olive oil, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and most any color of a dried bean. I love products made with strawberries and blueberries, but do not like the raw fruits. I am allergic to citrus, and avoid oranges.
You couldn't pay me to eat an avocado, kale, or salmon.

Everything but kale is good. well, except maybe salmon. Occasional salmon is good once a week or so. Wild caught is really tastier than "farmed". Is canned salmon okay? I sheepishly ask as I like that the best even though I should want the wild caught.

Most, but not all, of the items on the list are on my forbidden list due to kidney disease. Love blueberries - any berry - and the only way I will eat salmon is in salmon patties. Just about can't stand it. Other fish - no problem.
