DH loves to grow tomatoes but there had been botrytis in the past and it gets in the soil. So this year he made two raised beds and ordered loam for the beds. 

 

We have several varities of tomatoes, leaf lettuce,  yellow squash, winter squash, peas, sugar snaps, radishes and beets, Green beans.  Rosemary, Parsley and Basil.  The best growers are the tomatoes and yellow squash.  All but the tomotoes are done and a few squash here and there.  It was a good summer for growing.  There is a great farmstand nearby so i can still get my eggplant and other favorites for a few weeks yet...
