I have said countless times, on these BB's, that Hosts need to be moved around instead of doing the same jobs....ITKWD....Morning Show with Pat and Dan...Early Morning with Pat and Jayne....PMS with LR.....etc etc etc.....

They all have become bored....and boring...the same products over and over and over...must be tiresome for them....sure is tiresome to me...and many of you....

I noticed Davids disinterest...on edge....unpleasant...loud...fast talking...and way too much H.D...I don't know how old he is...but if he is feeling over stressed...he needs to take a leave...or change jobs....before he has a stroke or heart attack....

I honestly hardly ever turn QVC on any more....I will glance at Items Recently On Air....I just can't take the hyper hosts...and the same items on a daily basis...

I'm right with you on rotating the hosts. QVC has become "stale." Rick and Lisa kick-off almost every TSV and then close it out the next night. I've always liked David (minus the Happy Dance and food tasting expressions!) but I think two days of ITKWD is too much and the 4 hours shows are too long. Why not have him do 2 hour shows and then have Marybeth, Jill, Carolyn or Antonella be "in the kitchen" for another show that day or another day. I loved the kitchen shows, but they are so boring now. Same ol' stuff. I like Bob W. and the Blue Jean Chef. Meredith is hardly on any more. She should have a show again too. Even Bob Warden seems kind of bored. Chef Tony is nice and he came on with an item or two and now he presents a lot more. Surprised they haven't presented his cookbook. (or maybe they did?) Since David took over the "kitchen" show it seems they added more hours and he doesn't do very many other shows. QVC: we need variety. Maybe David does too. He's an excellent host for almost any item.

Daysdee, Everyone sees plain as day that QVC has become stale except for upper management. The suits running QVC seem oblivious to it. Customers are screaming for more variety but the same old stale products like Bose continue to be trotted out. I feel it's a disconnect between the Office and the show hosts.

QVC is now completely boring and predictable. Maybe the hosts are getting bored too....

I am sure he went after this job to succeed Bob, so he has to continually prove himself and sell sell, sell. Maybe the items are just not selling no matter who the host is.

And just where do hosts go after working at QVC? I know some become vendors or in the rare chance have their own programs like Mike Rowe.

OMG! I have noticed the repetitive phrases and lately (last 2-3 months) he seems to be very rushed to get thru the program. David seems to be sort of in a comfort zone with almost memorized lines that are not fresh. Maybe its burn-out or he is bored with his job, like not motivated.

I was watching David on one show, and he'd gotten choked on a piece of meat,,Couldn't get it to go down..He would tell the guest to chat to the audience, and he would go off camera and start coughing ,,He did this several times, until finally ,he was able to swallow it..It scared me just watching him go through this..He should slow down, and make sure it doesn't happen again..
