I think he is overworked. Not often does anyone cover his shows. He jumped in after Bowersox and hasn't slowed down much since.

Seems he gets quite a few vacations; Carolyn has filled in for him and same with Jane T. They don't have to have his Wednesday show on for four hours especially since it is all the same stuff over and over. I like David and I do find him talking way too fast. That is the new QVC style though.

No, I think you are reading too much into things that aren't really there and in your mind you are finding symptoms to match your suspicions. Quit focusing on every detail about him and this will cease to happen.

I think the man is as bored with the same products shown over and over as we are. You can tell he's bored, and trying to rush along during presentations. He's developed several habits that are starting to grate on me. One being the nervous cough while someone else is talking. It's not allergies either, it's just a nervous habit. My bet is sales are down for his shows, and they may be on his case about it. I don't watch because it's like watching reruns for the hundredth time, with the way they force the same stuff down our throats. But it's not just his show, just rarely see anything new anymore.

Bored. Wants to go on Food Network or The Chew type of show, Lisa can go to Project Runway.

David is putting together another cookbook (a full time job!), preparing for and doing his 3 shows a week, making QVC appearances at various places, doing the Bethany show bit, doing ITKWD remotes (Buffalo), trying out and approving gadgets and cookbooks, etc.

I just think that he is stressed from being up to his eyeballs in work. Plus you NEVER know what is happening in his personal life. I say, give him a break.
