I've noticed when watching ITKWD he is presenting a product, then he's gone and let's the other person present.  And I've noticed he is sitting more.  Is his health good?  I know he's lost a lot of weight but does he need to rest between presentations?  Just curious.

I always figured he just had to go to another location where the next product is set up.

@cubs34   He seems to be just fine.  He leaves for different parts of the studio to present in another area.

And his show is 4  hours most times. No one on any show is standing for 4 hours straight, not even in fashion. He also had back trouble a year or two ago.

I've noticed that all the hosts disappear off camera but it's usually to try on the garment they're selling. Of course that's not the reason for him. I figure just to take care of business off camera.

I cannot speak to his state of health, but perhaps two hosts are simply not needed for that particular segment of the show. I LOVE me some David,❤ and sincerely hope all is well, although I have not seen anything peculiar.😊

Based on many things David has said—especially over the past few months when he hasn't seemed able to stop talking about it—I think his health is just fine. It has always seemed like the two main reasons for a cohost stepping in are 1) to allow David time to go to another set for a significant presentation such as the TSV or an outdoor item, and/or 2) to allow the cohost to get a bit more airtime (it's silly to have them sit in the corner for 95% of the show, only saying about 100 words per four-hour block). There was a recent thread talking about David sitting on the countertops more than usual, but it really appears that he just likes to lounge for a minute while the vendor is introducing the product.

I hope he is OK but, I've noticed that David looks very drawn to me ... I hope he is not letting this diet thing of his go too far 😢

I think that as the cohost (who is often a newer host) gains experience, they give them more airtime on David's show in preparation for doing their own cooking shows.

Amy can stand for 4 consecutive hours.

And she doesn't get a sidekick, aide, social media coordinator.
