I had to do a search on Directv to find the station she is now on in the Chicago market, it was a channel (50) didn't even know existed. I record to see what they are making whether I watch or not.  However, I am a kitchen gadget addict and I have spotted two items (Spaghetti Tweezers and a thin glass oil dispenser) that they were cooking with and that I have never seen before and I have already ordered on Amazon, my bad!  They had a chef making spaghetti and using these long stainless steel tweezers to stir the spaghetti and to even pick up a noodle.  I was like what kitchen witchery gadget is this?  Of course,  I immediately searched Amazon and bought the 12" size, they got great reviews for turning meat and using like tongs... who knew, not me and I thought I was hip to every kitchen gadget out there... lol

I made Daphne's Mushroom and Leek Quiche that was on The Good Dish yesterday. It was delicious and the crust was cooked perfectly, with crispy edge and bottom. She is a little giggly but I'm always interested in new recipes. If the show and recipes do not look interesting to me, I skip to something else. But glad I watched  yesterday.
