@MKR14, the larger size silicone & metal trivet is a perfect fit for the top of the Breville Pro. I discovered this quite by accident, I like having the trivet so handy, and appreciate that I haven’t melted any bread wrappers to the top of the oven! I bought the gray, it looks great!

I use that trivet as a "dish drainer" over my sink  for items I don't put in the dishwasher.  I really like it.  I've never put it on the counter to put a hot dish on it though.

@Daysdee, I gifted one to my brother in law, and that’s how he uses it!

@coffeegal  Thanks for the information.  I pre-ordered in white for myself.  Sending the turquoise set for an anniversary gift.  I love the clean-up on his cookware.  Now I have to go through and see what items I have to donate.

Hi Daysdee, You are welcome. Enjoy your set.. I bought a set around Christmas. I had purchased  a few of his pans, and then I decided to buy a set.. Curtis is right when he says if you buy one pan, you will be back for a set..

I preordered the TS on March 27 and looks like they are arriving today - March 29.  Way to go, HSN.  (on West Coast)

His baking sheets do warp/buckle in the oven..Hear them pop and warp, just after putting them in the oven..I had one of those disposable 9x13 pans on one, and did not catch it, and the cake ended up on one side, and just messed the whole thing up...Woman Sad I have found that also, the imprints of foods cooked on them stay, and I have to put cleaner on them and scrub them with a brush...NOTHING STICKS...but imprints stay until scrubbed off...Love the colors!! They are non stick, as when cooking sausages, I just take and shake the pan to turn them, but imprints show up, just the same...Do enjoy his cooking demos, and just LOVE to hear him talk....Funny me...

My baking sheets from Curtis haven't bucked or warped (yet).  I have the type that came out before the ones in colors.  Maybe that makes a difference?

@coffeegal  We must have the same taste or "kitchen addiction".  I think we have purchased many of the same items.
