I bought it when it was the special value. Using it now, the piece that goes on the top for eggplant & other veggies keeps falling out into the plastic container. I only used it for potatoes and that was fine. It's annoying as it keeps falling into the food I am chopping. I tried to chop it w/o this piece but it doesn't really work, another one to return. It seems the fancier something is the more problems you will encounter. HTH

I bought the Chop Chop for for 3 reasons, 1. Curtis Stone's products are well made. 2. That all the parts fit into the Chop Chop basket when storing and 3. Well just watching him I'd probably by anything. Well 2 out of 3 only gives the Chop Chop 3.5 stars. The fact that the parts don't fit is very disappointing, sorry Chris your handsome looks and sexy voice doesn't get you any higher stars on this product.\
