Three dieticians chose healthy products available at Costco. I jotted down the following items to look for during my next visit:
Amy Lu Organic Chicken Kale Mozzarella Burger
Kevins Natural Foods Thai Style Coconut Chicken
Inno Foods Organic Almond Nuggets
Damascus Bakery Flax Roll Ups
Clovis Farms Organic Super Smoothie Pouches

I assume not all products will be available in Costco nationwide.

You certainly can't trust everything you read. A nice juicy Costco steak would be healthier than any of those items.

It happens that I have several of those brand items on hand:
The sauerkraut (my third jar -- excellent quality)
Wild salmon, also excellent but I'm also happy with the frozen Kirkland farmed salmon that doesn't have the skin on and is less expensive.
Chia seeds
I have quinoa and wild rice but in the Kirkland brand.
I'll check out the frozen smoothie recommend next visit.
I tend to not buy a lot of pre-made foods so some of those suggestions won't be coming home with me.

Have been a devoted Costco customer since its original name was Price Club, and to get a membership, you had to be a "business owner" or have other professional/business status.
However............
I'm not familiar with those products, don't think I've ever seen them at Costco (except maybe the coconut shrimp), and don't think they even sound appetizing..
Hope others enjoy their Costco finds!

There were many more items listed in the article than named in the OP. Dieticians, IMO, generally do not understand the benefits of healthy keto so most of these recommendations have zero meaning/influence to me. Just because something is labeled “organic” doesn’t mean it’s healthy (it could still contain sugar, inflammatory ingredients, or things that will spike insulin). Manufacturers try to do the same thing with the word “keto” on the wrapper. The FDA actually has zero standards for labeling something keto. Consequently, I’ve become an ingredient nerd and label reader. Costco does have several items that fit with our keto lifestyle. I can pretty much guess there’s sugar in most, if not all of them.

The only food items I purchase at Costco are Rao jarred tomato sauce and chicken broth. i rarely go to Costco. I am familiar with Damascus Bakery (one of the items on the list) makers of Khourisan bread which I can only find at Whole Foods, so I am curious to see one of their products mentioned in the article.
I posted the article because I thought it would be of interest to others.
