Or do you mean if QVC is part owner of Temptations? I have no idea either way, but Tara has sure made a fortune on TT. Millions of sets have been sold.

I turned on in morning it was on with poor Eric
turned off
left for church at 10, it was on, turned off
came home at 12:30 checked to see what David was doing it was on

Everybody in America and their dog must have one by now.

LOL...I saw the segment with the pork chops and you are so right. It was drag nasty looking. (laughing) They need David to taste it and do the Happy Dance while his eyeballs roll back in his head. Oh...too funny. And, like you, I had not had the show on since I posted at 3:30. Then to my surprise there was good ole Copper Chef, again. Only this time it had everyone's favorite pork chop recipe. Well...I have had it for now. No more QVC for the rest of the evening and night. I feel like I will be seeing these pots in my dreams. BTY - The reviews on this line of cookware is not that good. I think they are trying to dump it all, before more bad reviews come in.

I agree with SPURT. QVC has very few "exclusive" items any more. Even if they say they are, the items are usually available elsewhere in a short time. I always check other sites/stores before I purchase now. I sure missed the days when QVC really did have items that I would never find locally --items that were truly different and not available all over.

I do think they are overdoing the Copper Chef today. How many TSVs have they had this year? Probably the same number as IT Cosmetics.

OMG @SharkE, you just made laugh out loud AND made my eyes water with that one. Too funny and so true!

Because they make such a display of "affection" for each other, I have to think that David is somehow heavily involved with Temptations At the very least, he has helped push it into the QVC inventory.
I wish QVC would be open and honest about what lines they actually own.
I am almost 100% certain that they own Susan Graver, and I strongly suspect that they also bought into LOGO NOGO. Suspicious are very high that they own Temptations. Others?

There must be a marketing genius behind Copper Chef. They've sold millions of units and nobody has a clue as to how this stuff will look in five years. It's possible the finish will totally deteriorite and peel away after extended use. Everyone is snatching it up like it's the best thing in the marketplace but nobody knows. I have determined that it heats very unevenly when I cooked some pancakes in my pan. One cooked far faster and got browner than the other.
We may end up with millions of cooks madder than an old wet hen. These pans aren't cheap.

It seems like everything copper lately is just another shiny object to catch the buying public's attention. I got over it back in the 60's when I had to polish the bottoms of Revere Ware pots and pans. I don't find what is being pushed now particularly attractive, the usage reviews are very mixed.
