Copper Chef Cookbook - which pan does this go with? 11 or 9.5?

Hi all! Until today I didn't really realize there were multiple sizes of the copper chef square pans. I ordered the TSV yesterday as well as the extra cookbook for the copper chef, but then I go to wondering if the cookbook was designed to go with the 11" copper chef or the 9.5" copper chef?? I am assuming the 9.5 is the original size so I am hoping that is the one? Didn't want to end up with a recipe book that would be overflowing on the 9.5 container.

I really don't see where the size of the pan would make any difference.   In fact,  I don't understand why anyone would need a cookbook for this pan.   It's just a pan and you can cook any recipe in it.

I looked under the question & answers to see what quart size it was for casseroles and it's a 4 1/2 quart for the TSV yesterday. So that might give you a good idea about how many cups the recipe has.

It seems to be the thing here, now.  For every pot or pan sold there is a set of recipes.   I don't get it, either, but then I've been cooking since the beginning of time.  Smiley Happy

It makes a difference because if the recipes were made for the 11" pan, many of them would not work in the 9.5" pan as it appears that many use the entire depth of the pan from the presentations I've seen. Clearly you can make any recipe in it - but that wasn't my question - sheesh

Thank you! I assumed it was for the smaller one since I think that was the original size.
