Cooks Essentials Hardcoat Enamel--cleaning?

I have an older set of Cooks Essentials hardcoat enamel cookware in a color. The interiors are holding up well, but the exterior of several pans have burn marks and a "foggy" look to the exterior color. What can I use to clean these without scratching and removing the color? Help will be appreciated.

Maybe Bar Keeper's Friend. It seems to clean everything.
