Christmas Cookies- What & When?

When is everyone baking their Christmas Cookies? I want to bake now & give away several, but I also want them to be fresh by Christmas. When are you ladies planning on baking?

By the way I will be baking:

Rugelach, Spritz, Magic Bars, Sugar w/ decors, Peanut butter blossoms, and choc. chip

What do you ladies bake each year?
