I got my new Bob Warden PC cookbook: what are you making?

I"m so excited-I loved the first one, and this one is filled with some wonderful recipes (so far, I have not seen one that I can't imagine making!)-and some surprises. I was blown away this past Sunday when he showed lasagna in the PC, but guess what? He even has a recipe for meatloaf-oh, that has to be good!

I think the first recipe I'm going to make is the Chicken Friccasee and I can certainly see the Mac and Cheese for Adults on this week's menu! And you have to check out his brownies...
