If your interested, Juniors has a few cookbooks with their recipes and I've made their cheesecake before, including their sponge base. It was good. It sure wasn't hard to make.

You know, I have both Junior's Cheesecake Cookbook and Junior's Dessert Cookbook. I have made several of the cheesecakes and my family has said they are sinfully delicious. (I don't eat cheesecake; there's something about cream cheese that I can't eat, so I can't say.) Everybody says they are decadent. That spongecake crust is far better than anything made with graham crackers.

When Junior's had the Lemon Coconut Cake on QVC a couple weeks ago, I came "this close!" to buying it. It just looked so yummy and I'm a real fiend for anything with lemon and coconut. I wanted it so badly. Alas, common sense won out and I did not order one.....yet.

I actually really like graham cracker crust for cheesecake. Especially because the one I make gets nice and crisp. But the sponge base has it's place too. I like them both.
