The Breville smart oven has a snowflake.  Maybe that's what you're thinking of?  It's K125533.

Can you be more specific than an appliance? Can you say if it was a pot, like a pressure cooker, or something like a grill, for example?

I'm going to lead toward some type of pressure cooker, since those can cook some things from frozen.

Hi @donnysgirl67, is it the T-Fal OptiGrill?

@donnysgirl67 I have to ask, were any of these appliances what you were looking for?  I would love to know if you were able to find what you were looking for . . . Smiley Happy

Just realized I didn't say it's the optigrill. Read the reviews, which aren't that great. Does anyone have experience with the opitgrill? thanks again.

Oh thanks for replying @donnysgirl67 as yes I can supply first hand knowledge of this grill.

I think the original ones were great and the technology is intriguing.  I made the mistake of ordering the TSV where they introduced the ceramic plates.  I could not get any food to stay on said plates and ended up trying to either quickly close the lid or shove the food back up onto the plates. It was incredibly frustrating and I ended up sending the appliance back.

Please know, what was missing on my version were those little "teeth" that they usually add to the bottom of the plates so food will stay on the grill plates.

I am sure newer versions have addressed /corrected this problem but please be sure to take a look at whatever version you may be interested in purchasing.

Again, a great idea if you are able to purchase a version that has those "teeth" at the bottom.

KI have the one with the ceramic plates. I just hold the food there for a few seconds, then it starts to sear and it sticks.
