Hi,
I wanted to make a cheesecake for someone and have a question. I use a springform pan to make the cheesecake and put the pan in a pan of water to bake. I want to be able to remove the cake from the bottom of the springform pan without damaging it. I was thinking of lining the pan with wax paper, but didn't know if it would cause water to get into the pan, or would the paper interfere with the baking of the cake?
Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks
