Re: CURTIS STONE

@elizabethl123

Just wondering what is the "point" of your post & I see you noted the same on the other thread about his stuff at WM online.

What does his net worth have to do with products vs. every other celebrity who puts their name on a product, ie, Rachael Ray comes to mind.  She is NOT a chef but millions of people have bought her things? I'm sure she's a millionaire too!!!

And guess what, all of her things & everyone else's are made in China ....or some other country but the USA!

His cookware is exceptional for non-stick but Wolfgang Puck elite cookware is heavier, durable & better IMO now that I've tried it!

@elizabethl123 , I hereby crown you QVC's Queen of Nonsequiturs.

Yes, like most of what's sold in the U.S. these days, Curtis Stone's cookware is made in China. It's wonderful. He's worth a billion bucks in  my books, because unlike that Greenpan trash, his cookware endures. After years of regular use the nonstick is as good as the first time I used it. Whatever he's earned, he deserves. Plus he's so darned cute, you want to eat him with a spoon. A nylon spoon that won't scratch the pan, of course.

You are yelling like this is some momentous revelation. It isn't. Curtis makes excellent, durable cookware. I have had mine for years and swear by it.  Don't care how much a person is worth.

His cookware and bakeware is fabulous and I'm glad he created it! I have many pieces.   But I never buy food off TV. That's where I draw the line.
